We were the first surgery center in Augusta to convert our linen services to Lowcountry Medical Linens. Having been unsatisfied with our linen service provider for years, we knew a change needed to be made. If anyone wants to inquire about how their service is, please have them call me. These guys are the best!!! There has never been a day of frustration that we did not have something we were supposed to. They actually put the stock on the shelves in an organized manner. They come faithfully every week and if we need to edit our order to bring more – it is always delivered the next pick up/drop off day. They monitor our weekly order and during slower months – will discuss what they think we should have on hand. I know of no other laundry company that treats you this well.
